Because good food supports good living – at every age
Food brings joy, comfort and connection, it's also vital to wellbeing. Eating well supports strength, mood and quality of life.
In our care settings, we know ageing can bring challenges like reduced appetite or difficulty chewing and swallowing. That’s why our dietitians work closely with catering teams to create nutritious meals tailored to individual needs. From soft-textured options to flavourful favourites, every dish is made with care and served in a warm, welcoming environment where food is enjoyed with dignity.
At Elior Healthcare, every mealtime is a chance to nourish, uplift, and connect.
Nourishment in every sip
Hydration is about more than just fluids, it’s about helping people feel their best, stay energised, and enjoy each day with comfort and confidence. As we grow older, staying hydrated can sometimes be a challenge, especially for those living with dementia or needing extra care.
At Elior Healthcare, our Hydration Care approach makes drinking easy and enjoyable, with a wide range of options from fruit juices and smoothies to vitamin-rich blends and flavoured waters. We provide flexible, accessible ways to keep drinks close at hand, supporting daily routines and individual needs. The result: better energy, mood and wellbeing.
Above all, it’s about dignity, care and ensuring every sip brings comfort and joy.
Helping make the right choice
Food is about far more than nourishment. It is often one of the clearest reflections of the quality, care and attention people can expect from a service.
In our care settings, the dining experience plays an important role in helping families choose the right home for their loved one, providing reassurance, comfort and confidence in their decision.
Our team of dietitians
The strength of the expertise provided by our in-house team of registered Dietitians is beyond that of most nutrition services in the contract catering industry. All members of the team have a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are members of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
Our Dietitians are committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our customers through food and hydration. They work with our own staff and our clients to raise awareness and tackle the nutritional challenges faced in the care sector including malnutrition.
